Double room available in a 3 bed terrace in Stretford, Trafford. I am a ‘live in landlord’ and have rented the room out to a few people over the last 5yrs.

The room is a medium sized second bedroom, fully furnished with double bed 3door wardrobe, chest of draws shelves and wall mirror.

Shared use of common areas: living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 shared bathroom. External shed provides extra storage for bulkier items if required.

Location is ideal for travel, it is less than a 10minute walk to the metrolink which takes approximately 15mins to central Manchester, many buses and also close to Jct 7 to the M60 for easy access to motorway. It’s between Sale Chorlton and Urmston offering lots of restaurants and bars, but more have been opening up in Stretford recently too.

Stretford Mall is a 5minute walk with Aldi, Costa, Boots etc. Big beautiful park one street over with fitness classes, free to use tennis courts and a little cafe.

The house is quiet and tidy, I work full time and with the current environment I am working from home 4-5 days a week. I tend to do sport during the week or go to see friends, Fridays are normally pjs and wine night and Saturdays I’ll go out. I’m outdoorsy so love hiking camping etc and regularly go away for weekends.

Appreciate a lot of people might still be working from home, there’s room for a desk in the corner of the living room so we don’t need to work from the same room.

Rent including all bills is £520pm. I ask for one months rent for deposit to give me a bit of security.
