1 Rooms available. All rooms are equipped with double beds and storage facilities. All rooms are lockable and tenants will provided keys as needed. Room currently available is only bedroom in pictures!

Shared lounge and kitchen. Kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances etc. Lounge has a sofa, dining table with chairs and a 50 inch TV. TV is equipped with BT TV, which includes BT sport free of charge. House is also equipped with high speed BT fibre Wifi. All other bills are also included in the rental price.

House is located on Moorside Road which is just off the East Lancashire Road where buses can easily be taken to Manchester City Centre (approx 20 mins). There is also a train service to Manchester from Moorside Station. The M60 is also just under a mile from the house so tenants should be able to commute easily in any direction. Parking is available behind the property off road.
