The M60 is also close by. There is also local bars & pubs close about 10 minutes walk away.

Managed by me a 28 year old landlord who lives in the property. I do have a 3 year old cocker spaniel which lives in the property.
I am currently working full time, I work from home and in the office. I spend most evenings going to the gym, but I also enjoy going out for drinks, food, walks and also nights in chilling with a film😊
