The room on offer is a good size and particularly suitable for student / young professional. The rest of the house (Lounge / Kitchen and Dining Area) is a shared space. Applicants should be in full-time education/employment and be willing to pay the rent on a weekly basis. All bills are included EXCEPT for washing machine and dryer as these both EAT electricity.

Whilst NO SMOKING is stated as a preference - smoking is a strictly outdoors policy.

All rooms are modern and fully furnished and can be rearranged how you prefer. A small desk can be added to the room if needed.
