I am the existing occupant of the property and live in landlord. My girlfriend and I will be doing viewings together even though she doesn't live at the house. We are both very friendly chatty people and happy to answer any questions you may have!

All bills (including council tax) covered in the price advertised. Pets considered but no cats due to allergies.

Decent sized room with a King Size bed, in a shared house in Swinton, Manchester. Short walking distance to the train station and local amenities including Clifton country park, gym, post office, shops, library, restaurants and pubs. Swinton train station is just 15 minutes walk away and a 14 minute direct train to Manchester Victoria. The number 8 bus is a 5 minute walk from the house taking only 20 minutes to the city centre.

The room includes a memory foam mattress, full length mirror, desk and chair, bedside table and clothing rail. Addional storage is also available in the fully converted loft room along with extra cupboard space. There is also a TV and coffee table available for the room, if you so desire. The lounge, kitchen and bathroom are all shared with me, kept very clean and accessible. The house also has a smart TV, working log burner (in lounge) and a fast WiFi setup. The property has a spacious drive which is unused by the landlord, on street parking and includes a sizeable private garden. In the kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
