Large En Suite Double Room in Large House

Large en suite double room in well presented three floor house.
I’m Perry, I work full time and have lived here for around 10 years. I enjoy going to the gym and nights out, but also nights in too :)
Due to my housemate moving out, im now looking to fill their room.
The house is very spacious and has two living areas. It’s located in a really nice area and around a 15 minute drive to Manchester City Centre. Alternatively there is a bus stop right near the house or it’s about a 15 minute walk to the train station.

My 11 year old daughter lives with me for around 2/3 days a week, alternating between weekends and midweek. I also have a large friendly dog, who again is here for roughly half of the week. The new housemate would need to be okay with this. I usually stay out of the house a couple of nights a week too, so you would sometimes have the place to yourself.

I appreciate my own space, but would like to get along with my housemate and for us to keep a tidy home.
