Media city is a 15 min drive away, Manchester City centre a 20 min drive and Manchester airport is only a 35 mins drive away. Only females need apply.
Rent = £550pcm for each double room and £500pcm for a single room. (Short term let available). The rent is inclusive of CTAX & utility bills (excluding phone). Wifi available. All rooms are beautifully presented. You'll be expected to clean your bedroom, clean & tidy up after yourself in the bathroom & kitchen, provide your own toiletries & cook/buy your own food. If you're a professional female non-smoker, who is friendly respectful & tidy, then sharing my home could work well for us. Its a smoke-free home with no pets. The house is big enough to have your own quiet time as well as integrating in shared spaces.
