Two double rooms in Tyldesley

I have two beautiful light rooms my house's first and second floor. The future tenants of the rooms will use the bathroom on the first floor. The house have two other rooms; however, they are not on the market and can be used as an office. The place has a first internet connection; a shared living room/ dining room, a spacious kitchen, a decent backyard garden. Ideally, the place is suitable for professionals; however, students and tourists are welcome. The rents do not include any bills. Utility bills will not cost much as they are divided among the people living in the house.
