I am looking to rent one of my rooms out for someone to share my home with. I have a full time job monday to friday. My house is very clean and i would like someone who is also very chilled out and clean themselves. I enjoy relaxing in the week but i enjoy walking into urmston at weekends to socialise. My house is a 3 bedroom ,has off road parking and a nice south facing garden with decking for sitting out in the summer. I would like someone who works also and doesnt mind the fact i have a cat that they will be living with. I dont want someone who is going to be disrespectful to my nieghbours by having loud music on all the time etc. I have a good relationship with all my nieghbours and it is a nice quiet road.
