Lovely flat with excellent transport links

Hi,

I am looking to rent out my spare room in my 2 bed flat. The room currently has a single bed that pulls out into a double with drawers, a shelving unit and a built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom and living room are spacious and I have recently had a new kitchen and all new carpets fitted. Washing machine, tumble dryer, large TV in the living room and fast broadband. There is plenty of parking in the private car park and there is a shared garden.

The flat is located in Urmston which has excellent transport links to e. g.. the City Centre, Liverpool, Media City etc by bus and train. There is also a tram stop closeby. The Trafford Centre is a 10 minute drive away. The restaurants, cafes, hairdressers, gyms, Sainsbury's, Aldi etc in Urmston Town Centre etc are walkable.

About me: I am a 24 year old female who works in the NHS. I go to the gym most days (you would be welcome to join me!), enjoy cooking as well as meals out, a few drinks, film nights in and activity days out. I would love to find a flatmate who I can socialise with but respect that you might also need your own space. I am clean and tidy and would ask that you do the same.
