The house is on a lovely, leafy road 5 mins walk from Urmston centre with local shops (Aldi and Sainsburys) and the Train Station which runs to Deansgate and Oxford Road.
It is also a 5 minute drive from the Trafford Centre and a 20 minute drive from Manchester City Centre. It has very good access to the M60 which again, is a 5 minuet drive away. There is on street parking just outside the house or down the 2 roads either side of the terrace.
The house is fully furnished and the room has just been repainted. It has a double bed, chest of draws, wardrobe and bedside table.
The rest of the house has everything you would need: TV, WiFi, Speakers, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Netflix, Amazon prime, PlayStation 4 etc.
The house is sharing with myself (Steve), I’m friendly and easy to get on with so looking for someone similar. I’m a musician, normally I would work away most weekends but Covid has put a stop to that for the moment. I also run a recording studio in Manchester.
