You will be sharing with one other person, 28 year old female working professional. Looking for someone sociable who would be up for the occasional Netflix and wine night and a pub quiz.
Really lovely house with plenty of room and a garden (perfect for BBQs) 5 min walk to train station into town (which takes 10 mins) 2 min walk to Aldi and Sainsburys. A few nice bars and restaurants, buses to Chorlton and Didsbury.
Garden and on street parking. Not an en-suite but has own bathroom.
Council Tax band C.
Room can be available furnished as I’m looking to sell my furniture but it would be a one off cost of £500 including bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers. If not the room is unfurnished. Communal areas are furnished.
