This is a large studio apartment for rent. It is fully furnished and has all the mod cons expected; wi-fi, flat screen t. v., full kitchen and the use of a washing machine / dryer. There is also outside space.

The property is attached to our family home, so you have total independence but you also have the knowledge that others are close by. Other professionals live in the development too. Parking is available close by.

We are a laid back, quiet couple who enjoy a relaxed lifestyle.

Urmston is a small town with great transport links to the centre of Manchester (10 mins by train). We are close to Media City, the Trafford Centre, Event City, Chorlton, the Pennine Way and Old Trafford football ground and cricket club. Urmston has an increasing number of bars and restaurants to choose from.

The cost of the apartment includes all bills; water, gas, electric, council tax, wifi and t. v. licence. It is set up for you to move in and 'put the kettle on'! (The apartment is suitable for one person and the price is based on one person).
