Fully furnished room with a double bed, overhead storage and fitted wardrobe. Draws in bed base and bed side draws. If needed there is space for more storage or a desk. Available Mon-Sun, ideally on a long term let. Bathroom with bath and shower will be shared, as will living space and kitchen. There is also a relaxation room where I like to read, meditate or do yoga. I have a garden and two car driveway to share (I have one car). TV with Freeview, Amazon fire stick, catch up and Netflix. Strong WIFI.

All bills are included in rent price.

Close to parks, shops and excellent transport links.
5 minutes walk to convenience stores and SPAR, as well as direct bus route to Salford, Manchester or Bolton.
Less than 5 min drive or 15 min walk to Walkden centre which has a train station, shops, bars, places to eat, gyms, banks etc

Me: I am friendly and open-minded, love being around people but also value my own space. I love long walks, cycling, trying new things, finding new places and meeting new people. Food is life. I love to travel and do so whenever I can. I like to read (fave author - Paolo Coelho) and write poetry. Family and friends are very important to me. I love open mic nights, eating out, and a night out here and there.
I am looking to share my home with someone respectful, clean and tidy, mature but fun, and comfortable with my 3 year old Cocker Spaniel Lola who is my absolute pride and joy. I would welcome Lola a buddy if you have a dog too but she is very playful with cats, so cats are a no no. My sisters sausage dog visits on occasion too so an animal lover would suit us best.
I am currently working full time Monday to Friday
and gym, walk, cook and watch netflix on weeknights.
Weekends are usually spent with friends and family.
