We offer a private, fully furnished and quiet bedroom with en-suite in a detached house in the beautiful area of Walkden, Worsley.

In exchange we are looking for someone to babysit our daughter and take her to and from school. Details negotiable to adjust to ours and the lodger needs.

The location is ideal for people commuting to Manchester city centre and Bolton. Walkden train station is a 10 minute walk from the house and takes you to Victoria station in less than 20 minutes. Similarly, the V1, V2 and V4 buses are 10 minute walk from the house and all take you to the City Centre.
Salford University is easily accessed using the train to Salford Crescent and to get to Bolton you have two buses, the 36 and 37.
Just outside the estate there is also a bus stop for the free shuttle VH1 that will take you to the train station and into Walkden city centre.

We offer a private, off road parking space in a safe area so expect to save a bit on your car insurance if moving from the city center.

There are plenty of walking / jogging / cycling routes for exercise in the surrounding areas. All off road and we are 5 minutes from Parr Fold Park and lots of open green space.

The retail park is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive away and has a Tesco, Aldi, M&S as well as several takeaways such as KFC, McDonalds and Aldi.

The tenancy includes a spacious double bedroom with ensuite, access to kitchen, living room and garden. We also have fibre broadband and Amazon Prime.

The bedroom is newly furnished and includes a double bed with a comfortable mattress, a bedside table, and spacious double wardrobe.
The house has a washing machine, electric dryer, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and robot hoover.

We are a couple of professionals working in the health and financial sectors. We like to spend time at home reading and gardening but also love to spend time outside with our friends. We are very active and will spend time doing activities outdoors as well as going to the gym.
We are very tidy and clean and keep the house always very comfortable.

We are looking for a female student or professional that gets on well with our easy going way of life.
