The room is a massive double with plenty of space and huge bay windows that let in loads of light! Room is fully furnished with plenty of storage and a new desk. House has a big shared kitchen/diner/living room.
Sociable 8 person house means someone is always around for a chat or a drink. Varied professions and interests including water polo, yoga and watching films. Currently housemates are 4 girls and 4 boys, so would like to keep the ratio equal.
Just off Burton Road, a really nice part of West Didsbury - lots of bars and cafes. Also just around the corner from Burton Road Tram stop so super easy and quick to get into town.
Base rent is £429 a month, with fixed bills it's just under £500 - great price for size of room and location.
