Great en-suite double room available in a large West Didsbury house just 2mins walk from the Met and Burton Road.


The room is on the ground floor, is a good size double and has an en-suite bathroom. The room is unfurnished but my housemate is emigrating and will be looking to sell the bed, bedside table and drawers so that could be an easy option if you don’t have any already 👍🏼
The house comes with a large garage which we currently just used for storage and I also have a tumble dryer in there. The house also has a nice garden. There's a driveway and plenty of extra parking so no worries if you have a car.

Princess Parkway is just 2mins by car, and there are 2 tram stops both within 5mins walk. There are also good bus links into town from Palatine Road.

Bills are not included but are normally between £110 and £130 per month. (Gas / Electric / Water / Broadband / Council Tax / TV License)

I work in Didsbury and sometimes from home so generally chill out in the week and just go to the gym after work but I’m keen for a pub quiz or a gig. Weekends usually involve beers on Burton Road or in town but I’m equally happy to just get a curry and put a film on.

I generally try and keep the house tidy and clean, I’m not a clean freak but I’m also not a student and don’t want a living room full of drying clothes and a kitchen full of dirty plates and bin jenga😂
