Friends seeking new housemate on burton road

Your new room!

We're a group of young professionals currently looking for a new housemate to move into our house on burton road in west didsbury.
The house is located above a deli, less than a minutes walk from burton road tram stop and a little Tesco. Just a stone's throw away from all the lively bars, cafes and restaurants of burton road.
We're 3 females and 1 male aged 22-23, friendly and sociable, enjoy a night out but we are also partial to a board game or film night! We're fairly clean and tidy, pretty easygoing, we enjoy hanging out in the evenings and going to arts/cultural events in Manchester as well as going to the pub every now and again for a drink! The housemates: Owen, teaching assistant from London; Sophie: sales person at a telecoms company, from Nottingham; Alison: purchaser at a chemical manufacturer, from Cumbria; Sarah: pizza chef/tutor from Luton!
You'd be moving into a spacious double room which is the only room on the top floor (along with the living room). It's at the rear of the house so nice and quiet and has a big desk. Rent is £338.05 per month including bills. We don't have off street parking but there's a lot of on-street parking in the residential streets behind the house (1-2 mins walk away). This is a really nice room in a lovely house, in such a great location and comes with excellent housemates (what more could you want!) So please be in contact asap if you are interested :)
