Friendly, sociable house share in west dids

We are currently a group of 3 females and 3 males, all young professionals in our twenties who are looking for a new housemate to join our house! We're a sociable bunch who enjoy going out, pub quizzes, and having BBQs in the summer

We live in a 7 bedroom house that‘s located in between West Didsbury and Withington, a convenient area for bars, brunch spots and shops, as well as regular buses and trams into the city centre with stops only a few minutes walk away.

The property has a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge that’s good to hang in, with Sky TV (sports and movies), 2 recently refurbished bathrooms and a backyard. We also have gated on-site as well as roadside parking, WiFi and locks on all bedroom doors.

Room for rent:
double room on the middle floor with full en-suite (shower toilet and sink)
Fully furnished
£110 per week + council tax contribution (£502.47 total per month)
6 months minimum contract then rolling after that

Bills not included - gas, electric, water and Sky split between housemates.

Landlord requires:
deposit of 5 weeks rent
Financial guarantor
employer/university reference
