We’re looking for another girl to join our flat share as our current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend. We can be flexible on move in dates!
The flat is a 4 bed maisonette on Burton road, right next to the bars and shops etc, 5 minute walk from West Didsbury tram stop and super close to bus links too. Also great to access princess road and M60 etc if you drive.
The room is a small double on the first floor, with a skylight. The room has a divan bed, but happy for you to bring your own - no other bedroom furniture included. Shared shower room and toilet on the same floor, with a full bathroom on the ground floor and fully kitted out kitchen with appliances, including coffee machines, washer and separate dryer and two fridges (one is smaller size). We share a lot of crockery but you’ll get your own fridge and cupboard space.
Large living room with huge windows overlooking Burton road, big comfy sofas and TV set up with firestick, most of the apps and (soon to be) SkyTV & broadband.
Rent is £300 & bills currently work out at £100/month per person. Parking is on street, can always get a space on nearby roads if not in front of the house.
Also sharing the flat with 2 housecats Albie and Fluffy who are very sociable.

Beth, 27: RnB honey, always thinking about the next meal, will fall over at every opportunity, psychology teacher, part-time hiker and number one fan of the Canadian Charcoal pit at 3am Sunday morning - Hawaiian please!
Isabelle, 28: always has an Asos delivery, buys too many candles, watches Real Housewives of everywhere, trying to turn the flat into a jungle with flowers and house plants. Just started a new job at the uni and will be mostly working remotely between the flat and bf’s.
Char, 35: World traveller, future New Yorker, gym bunny, Cheetos addict, plant-eater, is also hybrid working so will be wfh 50% of the time.

We’re looking for someone who will fit in with the current house dynamic, chilled during the week and wine on the weekend. Our ideal flat mate will be tidy and sociable and treat the house like a home!
