Fun and friendly houshare in West Didsbury

DOUBLE ROOM IN FUN & FRIENDLY HOUSE IN WEST DIDSBURY!

We are a sociable house who regularly do things like pub quizzes, walks in the peaks, shared meals, going to gigs, playing board games, or just hanging out watching films. We pretty much all work Monday-Friday so it isn't too loud on on weekday evenings. Most of us are currently working from home. We are looking to keep the vibe of the house so if this sounds like what you want from a house then drop us a message :)

The house is in West Didsbury, only 5mins walk to all the restaurants, bars, and Metrolink tram stop on Burton Road. Only 2 mins walk to regular buses into Manchester City centre.

There is a double room becoming free on the 15th of June. It is a good size double on the top floor with a wardrobe, desk etc.

The house has a large lounge with a television and between us we have Netflix, amazon prime, a ping pong table, a darts board and a fire pit. We also have a projector which is great for film nights. The kitchen is modern with a brand new oven, breakfast bar table, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Both bathrooms have recently been renovated. There is space for one or two cars on the drive and there is also plenty of on street parking (with a free permit).

Council tax band D (£26.97 per month paid to the landlord on top of rent).

Our landlord does not allow short term lets or pets.
