Sociable & spacious room on Burton Road

Urgent!! Hi i’m looking for someone to move into my room in West Didsbury (from ~ 11/12th Sep onwards) as i’m moving abroad on the 9th September and because it’s last minute I didn’t quite give enough notice and don’t have the spare cash to pay the rest of September when i’m not living there!
It’s a really spacious room with tonsss of natural light (due to 3 windows in the room!) in a fantastic house on Burton Road which is the prime location for graduates, young professionals and postgraduate students who want a great mix of tons of bars restaurants and takeaways on your doorstep but also being able to sleep peacefully at night!
The house is very sociable but you can easily keep yourself to yourself if that’s your preference! The boys are all lovely and we all got on really well so a girl or guy would fit in well. Also this room is next to a really spacious shower bathroom (1 of 4 bathrooms in the house).
Rent is 600pcm all bills included (electric, wifi, gas, water & council tax) and the room comes with a brand new 50” smart TV. A new property manager has just taken over who is fantastic at getting any issues sorted, giving us new sofas, chairs, beds etc. and has more plans for redoing the garden and so on.
