Large Bedroom in Friendly House for Short Term Let

Hi this is my bedroom. I’m away for a month in Japan and so putting my room up for short lets.

The room is spacious with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. There is also a desk and chair so it’s good for work from home. In the photo, my stuff is there but obviously I’ll move this all out for the month! Bedroom is on the garden side so nice and quiet with no street noise.

There are two shared bathrooms and one housemate has an en-suite so there is no fighting over access.

Rent, council tax and bills all inclusive for £600 a month.

We are a sociable house who do things like walks in the peaks, nights out, playing games, cooking or just hanging out watching films. We pretty much all work Monday-Friday regular hours, so it isn't too loud on on weekday evenings. If this sounds like what you want from a house then drop me a message!

The house is in West Didsbury, only 5 mins walk to all the restaurants, bars and Metrolink tram stop on Burton Road. Only 1 min walk to regular buses into Manchester City centre.

The house has a large lounge with a projector which is great for film nights. We also have as a pool table, a ping pong table, a darts board and a garden with a fire pit and BBQ. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a tumble dryer. There is space for one or two cars on the drive and there is also plenty of on street parking (with a free permit).
