Cosy double room in friendly house in W. Didsbury

I’m 6ft and there’s plenty of headroom, room is a lot bigger than it looks in pics!

Hi there, I’m looking for someone to let my lovely, peaceful, fully-furnished top-floor double room for a month or two over December/January while I’m away.

Rent, council tax and bills all inclusive for £600 a month.

We are a sociable house who do things like walks in the peaks, nights out, playing games, cooking or just hanging out watching films. We pretty much all work Monday-Friday regular hours, so it isn't too loud on on weekday evenings. If this sounds like what you want from a house then drop me a message :)

The house is in West Didsbury, only 5 mins walk to all the restaurants, bars and Metrolink tram stop on Burton Road. Only 1 min walk to regular buses into Manchester City centre.

The house has a large lounge with a projector which is great for film nights. We also have as a pool table, a ping pong table, a darts board and a garden with a fire pit and BBQ. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a tumble dryer. There is space for one or two cars on the drive and there is also plenty of on street parking (with a free permit).
