The house is a 5 minute walk from Burton Road tram stop.
We’re a house of 7 professionals; we all lead fairly busy lives and respect each others space, but we all also get on really well as a house and everyone is super friendly so we are looking for someone similar.
There is parking space at the back of the property.
Bills are split between 7 of us so are quite cheap in comparison to other house shares! We also have a biweekly cleaner.
