This double room features an ensuite and comes fully furnished with a desk, chair, 2x sets of dressers, wardrobe, side table and bed. It's on the second floor and gets the afternoon sun as it has nice and large windows.

A great location, only 5 minutes walk to Burton road, 10 minutes to the West Didsbury tram stop and 10 minutes to Didsbury Village.

The tenancy is bills included (gas, electric, water, tv license, broadband, and council tax). The house is so warm, so perfect for winter. This room as one radiator in the bedroom and one in the bathroom to keep your towels toasty.

There's a private garden at the rear of the house and the house is fully alarmed and has security lights at the front and back. There's also a dryer for your clothes.

I'm only moving out to live closer to my work in town, otherwise I'd love to stay in the area! The current housemates are all working professionals, all friendly and enjoy a chat after work while cooking but know how to respect one anothers privacy and space. So looking for a like-minded person. The house is massive so while there's a few people in it, you also don't notice too much. There's a shared lounge space with a tv as well as a table area in the kitchen, with double hobs and multiple fridge / freezers.
