It's a 7 bed house but the flat is spread over 3 massive floors, with multiple bathrooms and plenty of space for everyone. James, Mark, Josh, Harry, Vicky and Katie live here and ideally would like another female to balance it out! The main thing is that you're a young professional quiet(ish) on week nights but still like a party on the weekend! Ages 21-25 would be best. So if you're out going, work hard play hard this could be perfect!!
The house has got parking spaces- but no-one is allocated them so first come first served. On street parking is always available too.
Location is amazing! 2 min walk to the main Burton Road strip of bars and restaurants. 2 mins walk to the tram and busses into town or media city!
