I’m looking for a friendly housemate to rent a room in beautiful large 2 bedroom flat on Mersey Road in West Didsbury. Excellent location, just a minute’s walk from Alberts and The Woodstock and a few minute’s walk from other bars, shops and restaurants.

West Didsbury tram stop is around a 10 minute walk. Perfect location for those who commute into Manchester City Centre.

The recently refurbished spacious home offers substantial living accommodation, free off-road private parking and a courtyard. All furniture is high spec with 2 livings rooms, a bathroom with Jacuzzi and a pool table. The living room, with pool table and 65 inch TV with Sky HD (including sports pack) and Sonos, will be designated for the housemate.

This large en-suite bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The bedroom also has a 40 inch TV.

We have a modern open kitchen and dining room with dining table.

All bills are included: utility bills, broadband, council tax, fortnightly cleaner and Sky TV in both living rooms and bedrooms.

We are a friendly and sociable professional couple (29 and 32) and like to go the gym after work in the week and socialise at weekends. We would like a respectful and tidy housemate.

Minimum 3 month term.
