I have a medium sized double bedroom available in this 2 bedroom house.
Ground floor: kitchen and living room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and the bathroom.
Large garden to the back of the house. There is also a garage.
I am a gay man so a gay or gay friendly housemate would be nice. I like to keep the house as tidy as possible although I have my lazy days when I can't be bothered. :)
A lot of bus stations nearby as well as Ashburys train station (2 - 3 min walk and 5 min trip to Manchester Piccadilly).
Tesco, Asda, Lidl, Aldi - 2 min drive.
The rent is 340 pounds/month + electricity and gas, depending on how much we use. Council tax, Water and WiFi included..
