Hi,

I am renting out my lovely one bed flat in Whalley Range, due to a new job opportunity in Leeds.

The flat is in a great location, as Alexandra park is at one end of the street and Whalley Range village is at the other. The park is a beautiful spot and there is a really lovely café in the centre too. The shops at the other end of the street include essentials such as Coop and Tesco and an excellent little café, which does the best baba ganoush!

Chorlton is a 20 minute walk away. The transport links are also good. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that goes into the city centre. Firswood tram station is a 15 minute walk away and is takes 15 mins to cycle into town.

The flat is in a building with eight other quiet and considerate flats. It has one double bedroom with a large amount of built in wardrobe space, hallway, bathroom with large walk in shower, modern kitchen and a light living room which overlooks the leafy street. There is plenty of space on the street for parking.

A fridge/freezer and washing machine is included. These picture were taken when the last tenants lived there. The flat is now empty and no furniture is provided.
