A beautifully decorated 2 bedroom apartment with 1 double room up for grabs to rent in the quiet suburb areas of Whalley Range/Chorlton. I will be living in the property so looking for a house mate but happy to have someone who shares similar interests so we could be friends to go out after work for drinks, so ideally looking for someone who is fun, flexible, easy going and tidy.

Surrounded by 1800 Victoria Townhouses, it's quiet streets make the ideal location as it's totally excluded from city centre noise. If you do like to party hard the city centre location is 10 minutes in an uber, or alternatively Chorlton metrolink stop is located 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes in the car.

The double room is considered as a the main bedroom, fully furnished with 2 chest of draw units, built in wardrobe, bed side tables each side and a dressing table. I also have all the sheets, duvets, blankets you could ever name so you won't require any of that:) The flat itself is fully equipped and furnished so your not required to bring anything, you will have full use of everything in the lounge, kitchen, WC. In return I just ask to keep it the way it is and help out with the cleaning.

I am looking for someone who is fun like moi, laid back attitude like moi but also someone who will take the responsibility to look after their own space and keep it clean..... like moi ;) All the bills are included with the price on here, the electricity is just managed manually with an electricity top up key on a top up meter. Happy and flexible for short and long term residency.

Having been in this current property for the past 3 years I’ve thoroughly enjoyed living here without any problems and I’m very proud of the homely living space I’ve created so I’m looking to flat share with someone who appreciates my own values and appreciation for things, if someone has their own car that’s a bonus! I take pleasure of being able to relax after a hard week working in a cosy home so ideally looking for the same in a flat mate. Happy to have a mature approach to the cleaning and general jobs but happy to consider a cleaning rota aswell. ***Please only contact me however if you have a genuine interest in this property and it’s something you want to seriously consider, unfortunately I’ve had to put up with a lot of time wasters on here and want to get arrangements moving as soon as possible.

I have a pretty open approach however, as a gay individual myself I would predict someone of similar caliber as myself would work better but it doesn't mean I would choose this exclusively, just have to be a decent person, who is good at working through difficult situations aswell as keeping clean and tidy and I will consider it! If we get on well I would be open to having socials here sometimes, but only mainly on a Friday and Saturdays.
