Room prices - £295 & £315. Bills will no longer be divide by 4 so will increase slightly (£36 Est). £315+ 1/3 of the spare room + £36 = £454. Bills will be on top.

Double bedroom, with IKEA storage, in a friendly house-share with 2 (or 3) other tenants. The house is in a tree lined street in Whalley Range. Close to good transport links. Less than 5 minutes walk to local shops (Co-op, Tesco Metro and small independents). 15 minutes walk to Chorlton.
Communal areas include, Kitchen, Lounge, Dining Room, 1 downstairs shower room with toilet, first floor bathroom, and separate toilet. Small back garden with decking.

Washing machine in the cellar.
Wireless internet.
Smoke alarms throughout and CO1 detectors.
Communal areas are cleaned weekly by private cleaner.
