This is a two bedroomed house, where the double guest bedroom sleeps one, and has a bright and sunny aspect, with wardrobe, mirror, bedside table and desk.

The contemporary kitchen/dining area, and open lounge, have all the necessary amenities, and the kitchen is newly installed.

The neighbours are colourful and vibrant, and the house has the perfect location, in a quiet close, with a 5 minutes walk from vibrant, friendly restaurants and cafe life in Whalley Range, Chorlton and Hulme.

Manchester Centre is only a quick taxi away - the Metro Link is nearby - and the 86 bus departs across the road, on Upper Chorlton Road.

There's free parking available in the visitors car park.

This is a quiet house share, living with the owner of the property.
I'm working remotely from home, with Marley the cat, and occasionally travel into the office, which is based in central Manchester.

If working remotely from home there is an additional charge for covering the cost of the utilities approx £35 per month.

I'm very performing arts friendly, and love the theatre, I've supported Front of House

for theatre and film events, and studied events management at The Factory Academy run by Manchester International Festival.

I've curated my own events, I studied creative Project Management, they vary from pop-up film events, DJ-ing and Bring Your Own Vinyl / Open Deck events.
