My current flatmate is moving out at the end of March and I’m looking for someone to replace him. It’s a two bed flat, the room up for rent is a large double & comes with an en suite. The flat is on the second floor & has a nice open space lounge/kitchen. Also comes with washing machine, dryer & dishwasher.
The flat is situated just across from Alexandra Park, there’s a co-op around the corner & Hulme retail park is close by. It’s a short 5 – 10 mins drive into the city centre & the number 85 bus stops right outside which goes into town.
Bills are £100 per month which covers gas/electric, water, council tax & WiFi. The deposit is £412 & there’s a one off deposit registration fee of £30.
About me, I'm 24, an analyst & i enjoy playing/watching sports, binging TV shows & playing fifa. I am clean, tidy & independent but also enjoy being sociable. I usually play sports/ go to the gym during the week & enjoy going for drinks with friends on the weekend or chilling in & watching a film.
I’m looking for a flat mate with similar interests who is clean, friendly & sociable, but equally appreciates their personal space & down-time.
