The room comes partly furnished with a double bed frame, mattress, chest of drawers, mirror and two large wardrobes. The room comes with a private bathroom (toilet and bath) however there is only one shared shower in the apartment.
The shared area is an open plan living room and kitchen with all facilities welcome to be shared including both BT and SKY TV as well as an Xbox.
There is a dedicated car park at the back of the property and plenty of (quiet) on street parking just outside the complex (I have never experienced issues with getting parked).
The apartment has good transport links being less than 5 minutes walk to the nearest MetroLink stop (Besses O' Th' Barn) taking only 20 minutes to get to Manchester City centre. There is also easy access to the M60 allowing for easy commuting to the Greater Manchester area and beyond.
As for myself, I am a fairly laid back individual who works full time Monday to Friday and enjoys relaxing at home in the evenings. At the weekends I enjoy socialising with friends, enjoying the outdoors and travelling.
