The house is a modern town house on the oldest streeet in Whitefield, so modern convenience and quantity not historical street rolled into one! The room is compact but overlooks the park so has open views. It also has its own bathroom. If you are interested in knowing more, feel free to get in touch.
Please note we don’t take a deposit, but do ask for 2 months rent up front which covers your first and last month of tenancy, so when you give your notice your final months rent is covered by this payment, which people like as it puts them in a great position financially if they need to get a deposit together for their next property etc.
