I have a lovely double room coming free in whitefield soon as my current housemate is moving in with his boyfriend. It's a lovely flat just 5 mins from the metrolink and on bus routes too. There is also copious unallocated parking. The place is ideal for a young professional who wants to live somewhere outside the city centre but still be close to the action! An uber home is around £10 from town. There's loads of green spaces e. g. Heaton Park nearby and some shops and restaurants too. There is a home bar and a cinema wall too if either of those are your thing! If you don't have your own plates/glasses/pans etc. then this may be the place for you as I have what my housemate has termed "a problematic obsession with homeware". Circa £450 a month including bills so not too bad price wise either.
