Lovely double room in a spacious 3 bed home. The room is fully furnished and includes a wardrobe, 4 drawer chest, bedside table and double ottoman bed (storage underneath). The room boasts a double bay window, so you can get plenty of natural sunlight. The room can fit a small desk in, ideal if you WFH but this will need to be provided by yourself.

Parking is available for one small car on a driveway at the front of the property. The house also benefits from a large, south facing rear garden.

Location is fabulous! It’s a 3 minute walk to Besses o' th' Barn Metrolink station, perfect for commuting into Manchester City Centre. Alternatively, the 135 bus stop is about a minute’s walk from the property.

There are lots of restaurants, bars, supermarkets (Aldi, Tesco and Morrisons) and local amenities all within walking distance.

I’m a sociable person but like my own space at times. I enjoy live music, dining out and seeing friends. I also regularly go swimming. I’m clean and tidy, I’m looking for a like-minded housemate who will respect the shared spaces.

All bills (council tax, gas, water, electricity, television license, unlimited fibre broadband) are included in the price.
