Double room

Hi I would like to offer a double room to utilise the space in a quiet house. I am looking for a friendly female who would like to share. Someone who is clean tidy and considerate of others. Preferably in employment. Reference and proof of employment would be required. I would consider University students and rent could be negotiated.

Manchester City Centre is 15 mins away by car and easy public transport for bus and 6 tram stops into town. 5 minutes walk to Prestwich Village and lots of shops close by. Property is on the Prestwich/Whitefield border in a leafy area and it is relatively safe.

All bills and council tax are included in the rent and private parking available. I would consider short and long term lets.

Room is currently occupied and likely to be available in May. There is a wardrobe and chest drawer in the room.

Would be ideal to meet up and discuss requirements as I would want someone to be comfortable with me and vice versa. I am culturally diverse, open minded, family orientated and respectful of others and their values.

Place would be ideal for someone who is looking to relax after work and will have plenty of time to themselves if needed as I’m fairly busy with work and life in general 😊

Please note water, tv licence, internet, council tax and gas/electricity included in the rent. However due to cost of living crisis gas/elec will need to be reviewed in the future obviously dependant on use.
