There is a shared kitchen-dining room in the house and a separate shared lounge.

The house in general has spacious bedrooms each one with its own bathroom or shower room, so no sharing of washing facilities!

This room has a brewing up area with its own sink, fridge, freezer and washing machine.

Whitefield has great local amenities, shops, places to eat etc, the house is 2 mins walk to the Metro and the M60 is close by for commuting. There is off-road parking, an enclosed garden with a newly laid Indian stone patio and the house is located in a very nice area.

Non-smoking household of 3 professionals who are friendly but not intrusive. An early viewing is recommended as this is the best room in the house and the first person to view usually takes it. (Having said that the last person was in the house for over 3 years, so it’s a rare opportunity to get a fab room in a great house in a really nice location!) Look forward to hearing from you.

Please note we don’t take a deposit, but do ask for 2 months rent up front which covers your first and last month of tenancy, so when you give your notice your final months rent is covered by this payment, which people like as it puts them in a great position financially if they need to get a deposit together for their next property etc.
