We are looking for tidy, open and friendly professionals.

I am an active professional who enjoys going to the gym, outdoor activities (hiking etc) and formerly played basketball. I also enjoy mastering new sports such as tennis and squash, dancing and discovering new cuisines and new places. I also enjoy learning new languages!! Ahora, estoy aprender espanol! Through spareroom. com I have been fortunate to make good friends with past tenants who I am still in touch with. My current housemate has similar interests and also enjoys climbing, yoga languages, hiking and cooking healthy wholesome food - she is awesome!!

This beautiful spacious semi-detached house on a street corner plot boosts beautiful double and single rooms as well as a large lounge illuminated by natural light. The house has a tumble dryer, washing-machine, oven, fridge/freezer, freezer and 2 new washrooms (1 bathroom and 1 shower-room). If you are interested in the double bedroom, you are likely to have the downstairs shower all to yourself while being next door the kitchen! For those requiring a speedy exit in the morning, there is an additional separate toilet (no need to disturb those having a lengthy sing-song in the shower). A new fence has recently been built which can allow you to enjoy sun bathing in good weather!

There are good transportation links and the house is equidistant to 3 metrolink stations - Heaton Park, Prestwich and Bess o’the Barn (2 of which have large free parking spaces but are also walking distance from the house). For drivers, on street car parking is available. The property is situated 3-5 minutes’ drive from the M60 and is approximately 18 minutes’ drive into Manchester City Centre.

For avid chocolate, cake and pastry lovers the famous Slattery is 5 minutes’ drive from the house and 2 minutes’ walk from the beautiful Heaton park (which has events all across the year from park runs to fantastic fireworks displays and seasonal activities). Tescos, Morrisons, Marks and Spencer, Aldi and a variety of gyms such as Total Fitness and lifestyle fitness are all within 5-7 minutes’ drive from the house. If you are a foodie, Prestwich village is a short drive from the property and has a variety of bars, restaurants and cafes. For those who enjoy the cinema, bowling, roller-skating and shopping markets, Bury is approximately 18 minutes’ drive away. North Manchester Hospital and Bury Hospital are approximately 11 and 18 minutes’ drive respectively.
