There is a family bathroom with bath/shower. It's probably the best house on the market and ideal to house share. There is a brand new modern fitted kitchen with the latest appliance technology (sleek halogen induction hob, granite sink, American fridge/freezer, washing machine etc) and a large living room with solid oak flooring, designer Italian leather sofas, a large screen TV with cinema surround sound speaker system with Sky+HD TV. The kitchen has French doors opening out onto the large garden area. There is a large driveway for parking. The private bedrooms are furnished with carpets, wardrobes, double beds and window blinds.

To reserve a room, £125 will be payable for a house share agreement to be drawn up to make everything fair and legal for both parties along with 1 months rent as a deposit.
