A short walk away and you’re into the heart of Monton village and roughly a 20 mins walk to the Trafford Centre. There are bus stops on the road and the Metrolink isn't too far either which takes you straight into Manchester. On the row there is a Newsagent, which is really handy for any bits and bobs you may require, a Fish and Chip shop, and Beauty shop. At the rear of the property is Winton park which is really nice for taking a stroll, it overlooks Cleavleys running track.
