The house has two floors and a front and back garden. It is situated in a quiet area, with a very close walk to the bus stop (4mins aprox.) and the tram stop (8mins aprox.)
On the bottom floor there is the hall, the living room, the kitchen, one double room, a small bathroom and a door that takes you to the back garden.
On the top floor there are the two double bedrooms (one of them is the one for rent), the principal bathroom and a single room that is not furnished (used by all of us as an extra space for whatever needed, not rented).
