Double room available from 17th of October

I’m looking for someone to take over one lovely double room in a large house share in the centre of Withington from the 17th of October.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, desk, desk chair, mini shelving unit and armchair.

We’re currently a house of all female young professionals all in our twenties, with 7 bedrooms in total. The house comprises of a large living room, dining room and kitchen, two bathrooms, and a patio yard at the back (with a bike shelter), where we (attempt to) grow plants, and have BBQs and fires in the summer. We’re all pretty sociable as a house so are looking for someone who is also looking to socialise and hang out every now and then - we often watch films, go out together or make house meals - but do also enjoy our own space. The house is in a great location with a bus stop to the Unis/city centre right outside the front door, Burton road metrolink stop nearby and shops, restaurants and pubs within a couple of minutes’ walk.

The contract will run until July 2022, but you are able to give up your room earlier by finding a replacement tenant. Ideally we’re looking for a long term tenant who wants a home rather than a short-term stay. Rent is £363 without bills, and we pay around £58 each to cover all utilities, council tax and wifi monthly.
