Cosy double room available to rent within a 4 bed professional house-share in the heart of Withington with close by transport links into town and walking distance from West Didsbury/Burton road tram stop.

Includes a spacious lounge, 1 main bathroom upstairs and a toilet/shower downstairs.

The two current housemates are working professionals.

Given a past situation with the flatmate who has left we are most keen for someone who is able to maintain tidiness/cleanliness in the shared living spaces.

We are a sociable house who enjoy going for a pint together but equally all have busy work/social schedules so don’t live within each others pockets.

LGBT household, so a preference for this if possible.

Bills not included but with internet/council tax/electricity etc comes to roughly 100 each per month.
