We’re looking for a friendly person to take the last room in a great houseshare in Withington. Available now. The room is a large double on the ground floor and is fully furnished. It's a quiet room which overlooks the back garden with a new memory foam mattress and black-out curtains. The rest of the house is fully furnished with a comfortable living room. Widescreen HD TV, blue ray player, surround sound, Amazon fire stick with Prime membership, Netflix etc. Fast internet, even with lots of devices connected. The garden is big and gets lots of sun. We've got a BBQ and bench for the summer. Plenty of storage space in the attic. Kitchen has everything you could need and there's a cleaner for the communal areas. Parking out the front. The house is close to bars and restaurants in Withington, Didsbury village and West Didsbury and it’s easy to get to city centre by train or bus.

Rent is £440 and bills are £60 per month.

Current housemates are Leon and Colin. We're easy going and enjoy socialising with each other’s friends. We keep the house tidy and clean but we're not obsessive about. Get in touch if you fancy coming for a viewing!
