I am looking for 1 x female professional lodger.
Lodger must have had 2 x covid vaccination.

I have a double room available now .  For long or short term rent. I have just had a lodger for 6 months who moved to the UK to work at th hospital and is now moved on to her own place she enjoyed her stay at my property :) .

My property is a family home with a welcoming feel and lodger say they feel safe and welcomed.

The house is in Woodhouse Park Manchester . The house is a new build it is 3 years old . It is a 3 storey house , the bottom floor consists of a shared: fully kitted kitchen , living area with tv and sofa, toilet , garden and patio area. 

On the second floor is the available spacious double bedroom with : double bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside drawers, table , 2x chairs and t. v.. a shared bathroom , with shower , bath, sink and toilet . The 2nd floor also has an small office room . 

The 3rd floor is where myself ,my partner and 10 year old sleep. 

The house has Wi-Fi and fully central heated in every room. 

We have had successful lodgers in the past who have
enjoyed living here. 

The property has a drive , road space to park and front garden. 

Located just off Junction 4 of the M56, Wythenshawe benefits from superb access to Manchester city centre. Wythenshawe is the proud home of Manchester International Airport and South Manchester University Hospital, making it a popular residential choice for local employees. Some 50,000 people work in Wythenshawe and its surrounds, with household names like Virgin Media, PZ Cussons, Shell and Microsoft making up the main employers. 

Wythenshawe is located just 6 miles away from Manchester city centre and therefore is a great place to live with everything you could need at your doorstep. Wythenshawe is well located for a wide range of retail and leisure activities from local independent shopping to museums, theatres , galleries, pubs amd restaurants and located a mile away swimming pool and gym. 

I am looking for a professional respectable , quiet, honest female , who is clean and tidy and is in employment.  Please note when lodging the room visitors/overnight stays of friends/ family members are NOT permitted for security reasons as this is a family home.
