Update 2 - Unfortunately, the previous person has left this little space in a pretty terrible state, I'm having to replace virtually everything in there and it's just taking time. I don't anticipate it's going to be available until early next year. I'm really sorry I haven't replied to emails but there has been such a lot of them and I can't arrange viewings at the moment. I do really appreciate all you messages and will update the ad again when I am getting close to sorting the place out. Apologies, Joanne.

UPDATE - Thank you to everyone who has contacted me. There is a little more work required on the space than I was anticipating, and it maybe more like the beginning of December before it is available to view. The positive of this is that it will be in perfect condition when someone moves in. I will be in contact to arrange viewing asap. Thank you for your patience.

2 minutes walk from tram stop (Wythenshawe Park). Easy and direct access by tram to Manchester Airport, Wythenshawe Hospital, City Centre and Chorlton. Altrincham / Didsbury are also pretty close by car. Easy access to M56, M6 and M62. There is a large driveway. 5 minutes walk to Wythenshawe Park.

Lovely, clean, cosy space. As the name suggests it is small and compact!
The bed area, has a brand new, good quality mattress, a Smart TV, two double sockets and light switch next to the bed. There is a decent size en suite with double shower. a super comfy sofa, two wardrobes, and a large chest of draws. Basic cooking facilities, including a mini oven, toaster, kettle, a fridge / small freezer, and a kitchen sink. 24/7 access to a washing machine..

* Unfortunately, not suitable for tall people! I am 5ft 6 and can sit up comfortably in the apex of the bed area. I think anybody over 5ft 8 would struggle.

No smoking / vaping inside.

Attached to a larger house, but has its own separate entrance / access. French doors open out on to garden, which is shared with the house.

I have a dog, he lives in the main house. He does use the garden, but wont go to the toilet in there.......frustratingly! He loves people and is very friendly.

Happy to consider house trained pets.

Suitable for single person only. All bills included, inc internet, electricity, gas, council tax, water etc.
