The house is situated in a very nice reserved area of Wythenshawe. It was newly built around 10 years ago or so. It is less than 10 minutes to the Hospital, Airport, and Civic centre(bus station, Asda, shops, post office, forum library/gym /health etc.) and 3 minutes walk to the bus stop.

Collective items like Washing up liquid, tissues and toothpaste are provided for free. The house is Always kept clean and very tidy.

The area is so reserved and safe that your car insurance drops, the postman can leave your post at the door when you are out and it remains safe. I didn't realise this when I installed CCTV all around the house. That's extra security anyway.

The house will be shared with a couple(male and female) living in one room and myself(male) in another. All of African descent, Igbo-Nigeria. All of us are working class.
